Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to visitors, learners, students, parents, institute representatives and anyone using Skillsy pages, forms, verification tools or digital services.

You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity or appropriate permission to use a service or submit information on another person's behalf.

Website and services

Skillsy provides information about learning programs, student support, record verification, downloads, learning partners and institute opportunities. Some services may be provided through authorised partners or separate systems.

Website content is general information. Final course schedules, fees, eligibility, assessment requirements and service availability should be confirmed with Skillsy or the relevant authorised learning partner.

Accounts, forms and student records

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or record has been accessed improperly.

• Enter complete and accurate details in forms and verification tools.
• Do not access, alter or attempt to obtain another person's record without authority.
• Downloaded documents should be checked against the information shown in the relevant service.

Courses, assessments and certification

Course descriptions may be updated to reflect curriculum, technology or delivery changes. Enrolment does not by itself guarantee successful completion, marks, employment or a particular career outcome.

Certificates, marksheets and other records are subject to the applicable attendance, assessment, payment and verification requirements communicated for the relevant program.

Franchise and institute applications

Submitting an application or enquiry does not create a franchise, agency, employment or partnership relationship. Appointment is subject to review, documentation, verification and a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

Applicants must not represent themselves as an authorised Skillsy center until formal approval has been issued.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, branding and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Skillsy. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce or distribute those materials.

Availability, disclaimers and liability

We work to keep information and services useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be error-free. Maintenance, technical issues or external services may occasionally affect availability.
